why u say so? i mean how u know it is same?
*
based on what I saw in the other Dell Inspiron Notebook/Laptop.. their webcam performance is good though...

it should have same performance with Samsung Galaxy S2 ,

that Samsung Galaxy S2 has higher resolution [2MP] .. but doesn't mean that it has better...

but in skype/YM , you won't notice much... wink.gif

Bro, what do you think i shld get with my budget <RM1500? hmm.gif

1. Samsung Galaxy R - how's this phone? and how much would u rate it from a scale of 1-10?
2. Any HTC's
3. Any other Samsung's

-I like crisp display
-fast performance
-upgradable to ICS

thanks! laugh.gif
*
1. Samsung Galaxy R - using SuperClear LCD Screen , nice.. but cannot beat Super AMOLED screen, i still can see that.. Super AMOLED screen is better.. have nice dual core processor, nice GPU.., so far i will rate 7 over 10

2. got two phones HTC Rhymes or HTC Evo 3D , HTC Rhymes maybe can be upgradable to ICS , but HTC Evo 3D was surely can upgrade..
HTC Rhyme - nice screen, but i would suggest Samsung Galaxy R is better than this..
HTC Evo 3D - nice 3D screen , bring you to the 3D world tongue.gif 1.2GHz dual core processor and 1GB RAM , this phone surely fast [root OS will be nicer]
HTC Rhyme - 5.5/10 , HTC Evo 3D - 7.5/10

3. Samsung Galaxy S Plus - nice screen , it is Super AMOLED screen, single core processor but high clocked [1.4GHz], nice GPU , 1GB RAM - i will rate is as 7.5/10
BUT it still unsure whether Samsung Galaxy S Plus will get ICS or not..

sorry.. stupid question here.. will a smartphone hibernate the data like laptop does when the battery finished? or just black out ?
*
basically nope [although there are maybe available apps for it]

when the battery finished, it will just turn off
but there are some special features for some smartphone that we called it as energy saving [if the battery is really low, energy saving will be activated] .. that's all

I'm going to replace my E72 soon. I buy phone because of battery's life. That's the no 1 reason I bought E72. Secondly, I do heavy emailing and online about 10hours daily using 3G connection. So what's the best phone that can suit my need? My budget is less than RM1500.

Blackberry 9780 - RM 1180 AP / RM 1250 ORI

If buy impodted fon.. like models not locally introduce or sell in msia, can the phone be used like notmally.. exclude issue of warranty.. just usage functionality.
.
*
i'm confused.. are u asking or just make a statement..??

depend..

- if the phone is LOCKED to the oversea's carrier, then.. it might cannot use in Malaysia.. u need to fully unlocked it
- if the phone is CDMA phone and not support GSM , it cannot be used in Malaysia because.. Malaysia not support CDMA..
- there are maybe some of function might be different.. and it all depends on the mobile phone[9700 Verizon set have it own navigation apps which is free, but if u brought it to Malaysia.. you cannot use it]

.. but generally.. most of them is just same [function, apps, etc]

Hi guys , im looking for a new phone. So far my eyes is attracted to the SE xperia arc S . But i heard that the battery doesnt last long ?

My main usage for phone mostly surf, listen to songs, watch videos and take quality photos . I would like a slim design like the arc S. but any better recommendations within the budget of Arc S ?
1. Brand. - Prefer Samsung or SE
2. Budget. RM1.4k-RM1.5k
3. Specs. Is single core more than enough ?
4. Type/Size. Slim and big screen.

Please help me guys smile.gif

thanx.
*
the battery doesnt last long..? depend on your usage,
if you are heavy usage, yes.. it wont last one day nod.gif

1. Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S
2. Single core is more than enough based on your usage
3. Xperia Arc S has big screen and it is slim

thumbup.gif go for it..
