Is there any android phone with this spec:
i)Capacitive menu key with haptic feedback
ii)Camera 5MP or more with autofocus and 720p recording
iii) Screen bigger than 3.5"
iv) Adreno 205 or equivalent GPU
v)Price below RM1k

So far Galaxy W come close to this but failed at i),
While Xperia Ray failed at iii)

Is there any choice for me?

All white versions are I9100G, u can check out the differences between I9100 and I9100G in their official thread. Not so cheap lar the price, at least 1.5k and above. But galaxy note seems to be a better choice since it got pen. S2 dun think got come with pen, but not sure if the galaxy note pen works on s2 laugh.gif

i'm confused.. are u asking or just make a statement..??

depend..

- if the phone is LOCKED to the oversea's carrier, then.. it might cannot use in Malaysia.. u need to fully unlocked it
- if the phone is CDMA phone and not support GSM , it cannot be used in Malaysia because.. Malaysia not support CDMA..
- there are maybe some of function might be different.. and it all depends on the mobile phone[9700 Verizon set have it own navigation apps which is free, but if u brought it to Malaysia.. you cannot use it]

.. but generally.. most of them is just same [function, apps, etc]

if you are heavy usage, yes.. it wont last one day nod.gif

2. Single core is more than enough based on your usage

its depend..

if using single/one core but high clock speed, that's enough for a smartphone...

but, if using dual core but lower clock speed than the single core with higher clock speed , that's not much different..

surfing website isnt a heavy usage..unless you streaming + flash website..

benefits of dual core is, you can run application that able to use both dual core simultaneously, yeah, you may not notice the benefit now, but later, if there are apps that can be optimized and used both dual core... you will get that benefit.

Games maybe will get some benefits.. but the GPU is more important in games..

Adreno205 in Xperia Arc S is good enough to play some HD games.. but maybe will have some issues when playing some GPU intensive games such as games that only optimized for Nvidia Tegra 2

anyway,.. using dual core might need extra and more power - your battery wont be long lasting enough [not even 1 day] unless you use high capacity battery..
