Budget: As long as can meet the requirement, then of course the price i hope as cheap as possible

please state out those phone that fulfil my requirement and the price as cheap as possible, but the most important is to fulfil my requirements then price is the second considerations

i want to buy for my mom.... hopefully the phone won't be too difficult to use (old folks... you understand lah....)

3. Specs: good camera and can do 3G video call
4. Type/Size: doesn't matter

Trying to find good phone within budget, most important function is the video call. I was taken by xperia neo but sadly can't video call, only video chat. old model also can but not too old. (wanna try android phone )

4) any brand will do...
5) new or 2nd hand will do as long as can fullfill above requirement
