If you are truly a fan then you would want to see Liverpool win every game - BIG or small. You would want to see your players playing together, gelling with every chance they get. And KD did make changes and he made good those changes. Unless he is a manager gone daft, i think this morning's performance is more than enough to build up the confidence of Carroll, Henderson and the rest of the team to shut most critics up. That confidence boost is priceless, more than trying to be over protective of our players like you suggested. To be fair, Suarez was rested when he only came on for the last 20 mins for the Arsenal game.
Likewise. It's why I was a little perplexed when some section of fans didn't mind losing at the end of last season so we'd miss out on the Europa, what with it all being "2nd rate competition".
No gerrard,no liverpool. You dont support gerrard means you dont support liverpool.End of the story
Don't quite agree with that mate. I know we've heard it over and over again but I truly believe that no player is bigger than the club. I mean I've seen careers begin and end e.g. Fowler, McManaman and Redknapp but my support for Liverpool has never wavered. This doesn't mean I'm not a fan of Gerrard. As far as I'm concerned he cemented his place as a leader in Istanbul. His half-time talk urging the players to respond to the fans, the sight of him scoring our first goal against AC Milan and then waving his hands up, urging the players to pick it up and the fans to up the noise are still vivid in my mind. He has always led by example and Martin Tyler's description of him will always stick in my mind i.e. "Steven Gerrard, one man task force". Still, the club is bigger than any player, dare I say even King Kenny. Everything that the club stands for today is built on foundations laid by Shankly with Paisley by his side and perhaps they, are bigger than the club but no one else.
Dude,i was JOKING.you just had to write an essay for that
I've thought liverpool fans have the best humour?
Good that you were.
However a forum consists of texts only and I don't know about you, but I find it kinda hard to pick up on tonality just by reading. And yes, I'm pretty funny in person after a few beers. Haven't had any yet is all.
Plus, I hardly call one paragraph and essay. I typed that in under 2 mins.

Oh mai Obviously i was exaggerating on the essay part and you took it seriously.
Being funny after having a few beers is not natural. It's called being under the state of intoxication.
Ok seriously, I don't know you and I don't know when you're joking and when you aren't. Frankly, I don't bother retracing posts to find out if someone's being funny, sarcastic or otherwise. Just as I don't assume to know you, don't assume to know me. Do join us for one of the games and there will be no confusion in future.
As we all know, Liverpool fans around the world wished King Kenny a happy 60th birthday earlier this year. I was browsing through youtube videos and came across this from our brothers down south. These are the same blokes I keep talking about who I think are the most passionate Liverpool fans in the whole of Malaysia. Great effort from the guys and a fantastic tribute to our King. When you talk about being hardcore and "the best fans", look no further than these guys for an example. Accompanied by arguably one of the best football songs in England, "Fields of Anfield Road".
Good one guys. You do us Malaysians proud time and time again.
Insua lacks pace and positional sense but he's still miles better than Konchesky is. Even with Enrique I thought he'd provide decent cover on the left what with Aurelio struggling with injury, that is until the emergence of a young Jack Robinson. YNWA Insua.
