I am planning to get this kind of kitchen faucet without the hot/cold mixer. Most of the shops around my places actually sells with the mixer and its imported from europe which makes it much more expensive around (5-600 bucks) which is a big no. Is it possible to find a cheaper kind such as this one? (I think it'll be slightly lower as it is not from some European country) tongue.gif

Here's an example of it.

I think is this right? http://www.ikea.com/my/en/catalog/products/60173757 ?

is RM 765 leh, not 545.

Do you really need it? I want one of this too, but after thinking and talk to some big kitchen user. Their comment, not easy to clean cause dirt and things can stuck on / in the spring.

HJUVIK comes with two water controller. If you notice there's a blue and red dot which is for cold and hot. The 545 one also can be pull out and much more cheaper.

I like the idea of having it as its is really useful but yea wife doesn't agree as it costs a bomb. If can get sub 300 definitely getting it.

Nicee, I tried looking around my area (kelana jaya/kota damansara) and the price is around 5xx to 6xx. Back at wife's hometown(banting) the same item fotile with 5 years warranty retails at 5xx but boss willing to discount it to 4xx. Wifey still say its to pricey so we compromise and setteled with this

Yeah... looking for this sort of tap as well... price please? was just wondering, almost all taps of this sort is a mixer(for hot and cold water). I do not have 2 water source, can i use with just 1 inlet? would the water flow come out much smaller than using both inlet? was thinking of splitting the water inlet into 2 to connect to both inlet... feasible?

One thing to consider for getting these type of tap, it's better to spend the extra to get something more reliable in comparison to purchasing a cheaper alternative.

Go for quality, because if the pull lever gives way it will not retract back in and you'll be left with one weird looking faucet thats hanging into your sink.

I've seen my friends one which had that problem... can't remember what brand he bought but he ended up changing with after a year. Maybe check with Zheilwane on whats a decent brand to get.

Hope that helps give some food for thought.
