Make sure u completely power off ur phone. wait for 10-20 seconds. then plug in the jig. The download mode will start automatically without pressing anything in 3-5 seconds as I remembered. Good luck:-)

Just share my experience, I plug my jig during my phone is still on. The phone just went off and automatically went to downloading mode. I pull out the jig and reboot the phone normally. Everything done. No harm to my phone at all.

Absolutely right. In fact I brick my SGS2 once because I want to make page 4 as my homescreen. I went into system directory to change the default.prop file. Suddenly my phone went off and cannot boot or cannot go to downloading mode by pressing volume down + homekey+ power. Luckily I have the JIG, once I plug in, automatically it went to downloading mode and I flash and root again the phone.

MY phone being rescue. So I am confident that I don't even need SME's warranty.

GPS fine too on my previous stock xxkg3 and present litening 4.1 ( kg3 based)

Just came back from Hong Kong, I found that the GPS cannot work there, both my papago and google maps were not function at all (do not have the signal). I have tried 3 days but still fail, when I just landed to KLIA, the GPS signal work less than 3 seconds. Why this happen?

BTW, HK everywhere is selling SGS2 and you can find any accessories that you want it. Just that I find the price is slighltly higher than Malaysia. But shoe is very cheap, I bought Timberland smartwool at HK499 and NIKE Pegasus 28 at HK500, Malaysia selling RM379. Sorry off topics. blush.gif

gallery slow open is usually due to some images are corrupted. Try checking each of them, It is definately not related to rom ; if so many users will have same problem
*
I experienced gallery slow and managed to find the cause. When you switch on the wifi, it takes longer time; when you off the wifi, it will appear less than 1 second. try it.

If it is same thickness, meaning after changing the battery, the original battery cover still can perfectly fit?
