i think i shared a few pages back... Android is all about Google. So for contacts, sync back to your Gmail. It took me like 2-4weeks to actually clean up my Gmail contacts. but since i know I'd be getting an Android phone at that time, I did the clean up first. Downloaded Gmail contacts, exported another copy from Outlook (which was from my old phone), merged them one by one on Excel, cleaned up the fields, then uploaded back.
now i'm also using Google Calendar.
what else to backup? SMS? see reply by earlier member on that. same with apps backup. as for data... i just copy and paste la...

Added on July 29, 2011, 4:13 pmthen I should say "wtf" to Samsung then.... we paid RM2099 for this kind of software support.... now I'm really wtf lol
remember... kies is not really part of the phone. its an option we downloaded from their website.
