Hi all,

I brought a condo with around 1250sf however it comes with (I think) fully furnished (plaster ceiling, kitchen cabinet, etc).
Will get the key in a month or so..
Due to personal hygiene and some personal taste, I would like to renovate 2 of my bathroom and the TV cabinet wall, and remove a built in cabinet.

I will buy everything myself (to save cost ). what I need to know now is the price for workmanship.
Can anyone roughly state me how much is the cost for above to be done?.. A gross number will do..

From what you have stated above, the amount can range from a few thousand RM to a few hundred thousand RM.
You did not say what do you intend to renovate in the bathrooms. Remove all the tiles and replace all the sanitary fittings? New WC can cost from a few hundred a piece up to say RM 3k a piece

yes, I indeed wanted to remove all tiles and replace all the sanitary fittings.. however, all tiles and other fittings will brought by me.. I just need worker/contractor to help me install those stuff..

and also I need to tailor-made a wooden tv cabinet with few drawers. It must be stick to the wall and to the ground. size about 300cm(w), 30-50cm(H), 30-50cm(D)..
