hye all..i hv big problem with my engine.. all engine part totally out including crankshaft, clutch part & also engine cover on right side..anybody know where i can buy 2nd hand item for that or anybody here hv the items do PM me. my original engine is SS but i'm prefer to upgrade ES engine. pls help....

biasa la..RnD...i'm using after market engine cover to used manual hand clutch..suddenly the cover EAT my crankshaft trip. trip become loose so the nut can't hold the auto clutch anymore.then no more gigi at auto clutch. engine can running but can"t move after shift to 1st gear. kedai also no spaire part...6 month park in workshop & every day patah kaki going work..

want to use hand clutch..easier to "meleper"

thianz : every 1hrs i check in mudah..most of them selling for SS part only...

budakmentah : already ask HLY..RM400 for HALF crankshaft..not incld rod...may i know shop name??myb tmrrw i can go there...

1) Crankshaft
2) All clutch part (mangkuk clutch crack)
3) Auto clutch
4) after market engine cover


thianz : yup..keramat area..if u familiar with keramat area u must know workshop in front Damai Station dah kena roboh & my bike were there...so i'm not sure where they keep my bike..hopefully they keep all item...

last 3 weeks i've called crankshaft seller but he said item booked by other person till TBA. I prefer to use SS gearbox set.

refer to my pomen, the items :

1) ES Crankshaft (half only on right side)
2) Engine balancer ES
3) Complete sets of clutch including housing, clutch plate (can use Wave punya)
4) ES Engine cover
5) handle bar ES (Special coz tapak clutch leaver 1x dgn side mirror) or need modification on handle bar SS
6) Clutch cable
7)

yess so many item SS part only. my crankshaft totally out..if the sent to foundry, it will not last 1 year coz foundry will burn the crankshaft to repair it so it become very soft..

thx for your help but i prefer to change ES stuff..if i still using SS item, i want manual hand clutch so i'll install after market item then same prblm will happened..

xpela..beli sport rim RB yg lebar je..5 speed punya harga pon dh nk sama mcm 125z je..mcm not worth it..motor ilang sbb sport rim dia RARE..huhuhu

change to big bore???myb compress higher than stock bore..same to me..used 60mm block when press starter cannot auto start..hv support with kick start...

owh..sorry..i'm a damn crazy on modification..huhuhu..that's why my engine barai..

wow..so lucky...myb i hv to change my btry back to original not using dry one...

hurm...never ever repair @sentul..very cincai..open every screw using air gun..if u want to buy item it's ok...

very familar with that shop..i buy helmet there..

dulu ada old man tuka eo situ then the worker open it using air gun but eo trip loose so tokey tu want old man pay to repair the trip..u know wat happen...the old man take hammer want tiow the tokey..then tokey got scared give old man all free incld eo..hahahaha..very samseng that old man...

yup..more care if engine still hot..it become more fragile...
