Where can I get true old-fashioned BLACK-BLACK bean filling, maybe with some lard to make it richer?

Crispy corn tortilla skin, truffle fois-gras caviar filling and marzipan moon ball....... it's a Rm100 mooncake? Yuxxxxx !
Miss the original mooncakes, with thick finely ground very black bean paste that is made with real pork lard, no sunflower seeds, double yolk optional. No good if the bean filling is powdery, coarse, too sugary, not just charcoal without burnt sugar taste. Cheaper would be good too! |
