Item(s): Isopropyl alcohol Purity 99.7%

Package includes: Isopropyl alcohol Purity 99.7%

Price: thread closed

Warranty: NIL

Uses for Isopropyl Alcohol:
1. Mirrors
Isopropyl alcohol works great at removing any sticky residue, such as hair spray, from mirrors or glass.

2. Windshields
If the winter cold has frosted over your car's windshield, a spray of isopropyl alcohol will let you easily wipe the ice off.

3. Permanent Marker
Permanent marker on a hard countertop may seem impossible to remove, but isopropyl alcohol will dissolve the marker and let you wipe it away.

4. Ice Pack
Mixing one part isopropyl alcohol with three parts water in a plastic bag, then freezing, will create a cheap ice pack to keep lunches cold or soothe an achy knee.

5. CD/DVDs
Smudged discs are a pain to play without skipping, but wiping your CDs or DVDs with isopropyl alcohol will remove stains and smudges without harming data.

6. Dry Erase Board Build-Up
The super solution easily removes build up from dry erase boards, and can be swiped over dirty computer keyboards, cell phones and MP3 players. The surfaces will be cleaner and home to fewer germs. A good thing.

7. Natural De-Greaser
Reported to moonlight as a cheap and easy de-greaser, pour some IPA onto a cloth and wiped down the stove, vent and teapot. It worked great, and cost much less than products marketed to do the same thing. Several websites suggest wiping down all kitchen appliances including chrome to clean and shine. One notes, there is no need to rinse afterwards because the Isopropyl alcohol dries almost immediately.

8. Candle Cleaner
But wait, there's more. You know those candles that haven't been lit since last holiday season and might have accumulated just the teensiest bit of dust and grime? Dampen a cleaning rag with Isopropyl alcohol and swipe away the dust -before you light them! Like new. This tip gets two thumbs way up.

9. Sticky Stuff
Isopropyl alcohol has long been a popular choice for removing sticky residue left behind from price tags, band aids and stickers. Soak the area for a few minutes, or dab onto skin, and wipe clean.

car exterior bro.

IPA can remove simple stain, mainly like oil, marker pen ink and some sticker mark.

It will not effect the car paint, you can try to use to remove the stain. DON'T use xylene or acetone...

What is the % of your IPA, 100% 99%?

What grade: ACS, mol bio grade?

Do you have absolute ethanol?

Thanks.

Edit: p/s you are showing 2.5L, where got 500ml??
*
The IPA we are selling, the purity is 99.7%, it is lab grade product, consider is very pure for chemists to verify any result of their experiment without worrying of present of other unknown material.

We don't have absolute ethanol in stock.

The picture shown for demo only, we have 200ml, 500ml and 2.5L package in stock.

TS, I want to eliminate and prevent white mold growth on wooden plank.
Do you reckon alcohol can kill the spores of the mold ? If so, which is the cheapest alcohol able to perform such task ?

IPA can be used to clean the white mold but it cannot prevent the growth of the white mold in the future.

Heard this is good keyboard cleaner.

Is it okay to use with Tactx Alienware Keyboard? won't melt the non-slip surface?
*
yes, can use IPA to clean the keyboard. IPA is a very mild alcohol, hard to attach on the plastic/rubber material.

Hi there.

I stumble upon this when I search for Rubbing alcohol.

Can your product be used to wash off a blue ink stain on a pleather jacket? Thanks.
*
IPA can clean the ink stains. Fresh ink stains are easier to remove and usually come out easily, while older stains may require repeat treatments.
