about the rooting and flashing. why do we need Perfect Recovery ? and wat is the function in volume up+power on?

i dun understand the steps in Step 3 : Increase the custom Rom partition to 1.2GB for apps installation. someone pls guide me.

to do step 3, you must do step 1 and 2.

just follow slowly at front page. or visit modaco-x5.

firstly, you need to root your device to access CWM [clockwork recovery]. why we need it? to access the root of our device. and volume up + power on is to run CWM, to flash rom, wipe data, etc. spend your time to reading and understand it. it worth your time.

just installed oxygen latest version. the market is gingerbread version? even the android version stated is 2.3.5 @.@.

too bad cannot type chinese. i want back my huawei IME. anyone can help?

im using the ori roms...nvr rooted XD actually still ok la..wont drain alot...but when online plus download it drain quite alot like 100% till 80 or 70.. in 2 hours time lor. i also disabled data connect as well..XD

why not try CM7, I using it, mainly to surf net, mms not sure can or not, the browser can open unlimited windows
try root then flash oc kernel to underclock might help battery life

sometimes will show 3g icon but cannot connect to net, must reboot only can. Oherwise is perfect, been using for few days liao really like the browser can invert color like win vista, also the browser can open unlimited windows
