So if the Sager NP8130 has an i5 core, should i get it as the price will drop to about 4.1k?

Hello again...
I have a question, parents won't let me get the NP8130 so i was thinking of
N55Sf-S2043v [black], i5-2410M + Nvidia GT555m (2GB) and N55Sf-SX047v, i7-2630QM + Nvidia GT555m (2GB)

can the N55sf-S2043v upgrade to i7 and what is the difference between these 2 models beside the blu-ray and the processor?
