1. If you're into gaming... CPU doesn't affect gaming performance at all for most games. So getting an i7-2820QM will only bring about more heat and less battery life. Not to mention extremely expensive.
2. If you're working, and supposedly the program supports GPU, the GT540M won't be able to help much because its not exactly very powerful haha 

For the budget to get (i7-2820QM + GT540M), can get much better alternatives It all depends on what you're using your laptop for 

Ouch... Ok lah,i think i go for 3750. U tink the gt525m will be able to ply future games in low/mid settings? I dun mind lowering reso too
