sunspot on the cheek part.
is it the skin dehydration and over-exposure to sun the main course?

i'm wasn't so sure about the effect, cause it happen on my friend skin.
what's your advise? and the product to use.

Everyone has pigment cells in their skin called melanocytes which produce melanin, darkening our skin and provides UV light protection. Although everyone has the same number of these cells, the activity is different for each person. The spreading of this melanin to the surrounding cells is called tanning.

However, when there is uneven skin tone pigmentation may result where some areas are darker than others. In this case then brightening/whitening products may help.

I myself have bad pigmentation and am now using a whitening product which is plant based. It helps stops melanin production in 3 ways.

1. deactivate the skin signal so that the sun rays cannot reach the pigment cell.
2. suppress the hormone which produce melanin
3. lightens existing dark spots.

Most women can see the lightening effect within 4-8 weeks depending on how long the pigmentation.

Many whitening products in the market use the chemical hydroqulinone which acts like a bleaching agent and can be harmful to the skin.

PM me if you would like further information .

No, I do not think sunspots are due to skin dehydration. It's because of exposure to the sun. You'll realise that those who are fairer develop more sunspots/freckles than those who are darker.
I know some home remedy uses lemon juice to lighten freckles, but once exposed to the sun again, the freckles will come back.
Always use a sunscreen or sunblock will definitely help. Remember that during a cloudy day, or even when it's not so hot, there are still harmful rays from the sun that will darken your skin, you just don't burn.

oh....i took 3 things:

1. Fibergy Plus: it is fiber to do detoxification.
2. Essentials: provide me multivitamins to my body function.
3. Proflavanol: acts as antioxidant to prevent cell damage.

For more info on each of the supplement, u will nid to refer the blog..i cant rmb much tongue.gif

For me is logic la...1st detox, 2nd provide vitamins then prevent from damage...

After trying this supplements, i would rather cut cost on my facial products and monthly facial treatment. Then, use the money on supplements...be a smart consumer...hehe smile.gif
