Bros and Sis, is our Amara project covered under HDA ? Read somewhere in the internet that serviced apartment is now also covered under HDA with the ammendment done to the Act a few years back.

thanks Kencch. Since our apartment is under commercial title, understand our utility rates will be a lot higher. But understand it's possible for us to enjoy normal residential utility if the developer applies for it . Anyone know whether the developer is making an effort on this ?
