Nobody gets it too, not just u. That's why a developer with no track record with a sold out project being delayed without a logical reason is really frightening.

I asked if anyone know of the developer's past record...but no answer. That doesnt necessarily mean no, but if you're a buyer, you should know. And would be good to know of past record. So do u know?

This project is for flipping, not rental. Too much hassle, too little return for rental.
