received letter today from jaya megah stating that their office has moved to jalan kelang lama. any future correspondence should be addressed to the new address.

Hi all,
I am new here. However I have been reading LYN for a year. Just to share some info with all bros and sis here. I was informed that the original main contractor was fired and the developer has hired its own team to run the super structure works.. So, the quality for the project shud be good since the developer would be handling the defects liability after VP. But then.... since it is the new team on board... the progress would be a BIG question mark... |

may i know how much u guys pay for monthly house loan?
conventional billing based on completion of: a) 10% upon SPA b) 10% upon completion of foundation (for the building) c) 15% upon completion of structural frame of your unit (not building) d) 10% upon completion of the walls to your unit with doow & window frames e) 10% upon completion of the M&E and roofing to your unit f) 10% upon completion of internal and external wall finishes g) 5% upon completion of sewerage connection to the project h) 5% upon completion of infrastructural works i) 5% upon completion of drainage to the project j) 12.5% upon vacant possesion k) 2.5% + 5% upon VP but to be held under stakeholder which status is for amara now? i think i received a letter half a year ago stated at b or c then i never get any news from jaya megah. so bank haven't release money for the rest yet? |
