Went to the site on this morning and manage to went up to level 9 from the stairs beside the shoplots. Noticed that at some floors, the corridor are flooded. Some workers are working on the electrical room and some are doing painting works on the internal corridor wall.

Some units are still work in progress, while some units already cleaned and should be able to handover soon. I went in a unit at level 9 (Type H1) which are already cleaned. Noticed that the floor tiles are properly done and the workmanship is quite acceptable (compared to another developer Mx Land project in Damansara area).

Actually you can bank in to them for the VP payment, no need go to their office.

Email your bank in slip/e banking receipt and mention that you are paying for VP payment, and state your unit number. You may also want to request them to email you the LAD form. Once you have the LAD form, fill in and email back. They said they will will take 2 weeks from the LAD form date to release payment to you.

To get the keys, you will need to make sure your bank loan has been fully disbursed to them, and they have received the letter from the bank. Make sure JM received the bank letter by 17 dec or else will charge us late payment interest. After make sure JM has the bank letter, then you can make appointment to get the key, latest appoinment date will be after 1 week from your payment date.

The admin tell me that they are processing the LAD cheque for the first batch. Please update if anyone received their LAD payment. Thanks.

ya, the developer is fixing the common area defects like water leaking and the "flooding" corridor. The environment there is getting better as there are more owner moved in and the shops like Speedmart99 is opening. rclxms.gif

Normal lah for investor especially flippers to sell after completion. If you come 3 years ago maybe u still can get it at 250k. Now prepare at least 350k for the smallest unit (829sqft). smile.gif
