S&P was done by TAK, but today they told me my LA will be another lawyer coz they are not under CIMB panel.

Signed the LO. The LA fee financed. Fees about RM3430 by TAK. I say can sign LA anytime, night also can as the office is just below my Block. thumbup.gif

However, taking DIBS, gotta fork out ano 4%... sweat.gif

Finally signed the LA just now with T&C. Charge me RM4200 for 240k-250k loan. But I do get a details breakdown of the fees.

And was told that my SPA already stamped.

Roughly 50% of the bills is T&C fees, 50% is stamp duty plus other disbursement.

First batch of the SPAs were stamped.

I think the quotation TnC give to banker are estimation quotation which not included discount 50% for first home buyer for S&P. but some buyer(not include loan fees in their loan) get rm500 discount on top of 50% discount on S&P.
