I called yesterday lawyer firm tam and chan, saying that the loan agreement will inform you once is ready. (so far i did not receive any letter/sms from anyone else). I am taking DIBS. Did anyone same case as me?

I called jaya megah, saying that the I-Pad 3 expected will inform you all guys in march for those entitle only.

sorry is I-pad dunno whether is 2 or 3.

I called tam and chan, they said will inform me. this is the answer they can give me.
ya, i call jaya megah, the staff for those who entitle only. I asked them back, whether i can get it or not, she said cannot check.... this is very dissapointed answer.

may i know which block are you?

If you are not entitled for iPAD, Jaya Megah will sent a letter to your address to inform you that u are not entitled. If you didn't received it, that means you are entitled for the ipad.

My mate can't get the ipad as the bank loan has been dragging too long and over the 30 days mentioned and even we extended extra 14 days still cannot make it. So my side 1 ipad wasted. oh well.\

JM sent the letter to the address informing that the ipad is not entitled due to the requirement of 30 days + 14 days not met.

no disbursement yet so the next 10% could be after feb. Once they ask for disbursement and the bank release the 10%, u can ask for the ipad already. cheers.

should make a complaint , as last time i call jaya megah named Anis- she keeps saying " i Don't know".

Did anyone know DIBS buyer will received the billing as well?

I talked to En.Zen. he said need to write in to yew ming then only can get IPAD 3 in August. if you did not request for it, then you get your ipad 2 in may.

i took DIBS -Ambank , did anyone know the jaya megah pay to the bank already ? Ambank told me developer havent pay for the interest. but the due date is 1st April. Who bear the late payment charged? 

Call developer Cik Anis, to ask to make the payment. she said developer will bear the late payment charged. But Ambank said borrower will bear the charged. who i should believe? got  2 version !

u put MRTA & lawyer fee in loan too ?
better ask lawyer or banker u make loan with...bank call center operator seem not know very details about their product....
