well, i spoke to teressa from jaya megah last week, and asked about my electricity deposit overpaid refund, she said will only get it when i collect the keys this year. she mentioned 'contra' and sinking fund etc.. probably it will be used to offset some other payments, i don't exactly know. i also asked her about the tnb deposit slip. when i asked cik farah rgd the electricity deposit, she said that they are still processing, whatever that means. anyway just wait and see.

but one thing, teressa said with confidence that we can collect the keys this year.

Use the LAD to fix the grills or fittings.
but honestly, i was expecting to see more progress.

went I walked in to pay my electricity deposit, the lady there said can get the key this year.
but when we look at the photo, looks like still got some more work to be done.

then we must all ensure they pay us the LAD. no getting away without it.

I remember a Kim Reality agent mentioned need to tag the card inside the elevator in order to use the elevator. Anyone knows whether for high rise like Amara, need to install instant water heater with built in pump, or a one without a pump should suffice? (for renting out purpose). What about gas, is this piped in gas?

received billing for 2c and 2d. finance staff yesterday mentioned developer will pay late compensation if delayed. anyone knows whether amara has gas piping?

Just FYI, to those who payed the electricity deposit, pls request them to print out the TNB "Commercial/Domestic Electricity Supply Application" form, check your details i.e. IC Number, phone number, name etc.
Whoever doing the data entry must have very bad typing skill, there were not one but three errors in my particulars.

I visited their office. they printed the form there and gave me.

received letter from developer, to fill up form with your bank details, and send it back to them via fax/email and they will refund the overpaid electricity deposit within 14 days.... FYI to those concerned.

At first, she said will complete on time.
Another time I met her, she said there will be delay 'a bit', but we'll be compensated as per the SPA.
This info came from the finance staff around 2-3 months ago.

Conclusion : Not sure. But IMHO, there will be slight delay but project will complete.

Then after this, will be Vacant Possession payment.

The final 20% as per the schedule in SPA

went to the site yesterday. slow. even if they complete a parcel at the lower level, CF will only be issued once the whole building is complete. what's the formula to calculate compensation for late delivery?

"Construction progress for the above said project will be delayed for some units"?

meaning some units will be delivered on time and some will be delayed?

I assumed the entire project must be completed as a whole and CF issued only then the particular parcel will be given VP eventhough the parcel was completed earlier?

anyway good to hear we can 'earn' some money from the delay.
