Can i take whey protein?
Im the beginner for protein
I have been workout for near 1 year already,i start the healthy diet for about 3 months ago
My target is lean,final target is abs
Normally i have home workout,then i have play basketball for the next day,this continued until now.
Now my diet is less fat,less oil
My height is 170cm,60kg
My target is shape,like the athlete
Should i take mass or whey? Someone told me should take mass then to lean,but im not really want looks bigger
Confusing......
