so i am 61 kg, which means i need 1.2g x 61 = 73.2 grams of protien per day?
my protien shake (2 scoops,1 scoop 33g) covers 66 grams.Nitrotech hardcore pro series if i were to take an additional 1/4 roast chicken(from kenny rogers perhaps?,cant find any other restaurant that can sell chicken breast) would i complete my protien requirements?

its not 1g per every kg, its LBS. which means
2.2 x 61 x 1.2 (using your number here) : 161g.
eat more. supps can only do so much.
