Being a fan of the original Zeta, I must say I am disappointed they've stuck with the same transformation process for the Zeta, Delta Plus and Rezel (legs splayed out wide, head and arms in the middle). The only difference is probably the quality and sturdiness of the kit and the fact that the wings don't have to be flipped to the front. But I am pleased that in Wave Rider mode there is no visible head like the Epyon.

I don't think the ground type is quite in scale to the Apsalus. If memory serves me right, the Apsalus was a monster compared to the gundam.

cant blame them, even real Delta Plus transformation process is similar to Zeta in the animation
this is because most transforming MS designs are based on Zeta

haha..terbongkar d..btw, some1 said that their rg strike can stand with aile pack? mine can stand just find but a leaning to the front quite abit to balance the weight..

can stand, but if want to stand then you have to adjust the rear thruster unit nearer to the body

It's a shame though. The Delta Plus was supposed to be based on the Delta Gundam (the original idea for Hyaku Shiki). I can see why the Rezel would copy the transformation of the Zeta as it was based on it. The Delta + however should be based on the Delta Gundam, which I feel should have had a different transformation from Zeta since it was technically a different gundam. In war terms of course it's most realistic and economical to build on the best working design you have. But in terms of mecha designers, it was not creative.

Speaking of not creative, I totally agree with how weird the Wing, Epyon and later series transformations are. One exception being the Aegis which I feel was pretty nice.

Can't deny that Delta Plus is more realistic jet looking MS than others though...Can't see where they put the decals

In my opinion, series like Macross somehow restrict them to be more creative in term of the transformation process cool.gif
