There is none atm, as long as you staying in Malaysia. Tunneling is your solution.

i dont really get why streamyx is providing such bad latency. If by using tunnelling services, our ping is around 300. Does this mean that streamyx is actually capable of providing a much lower latency?

Besides that, there is almost 60ms latency lost when compared to singaporean ip.
eg. KL to NYC 310 using streamyx
SG to NYC 250 using singtel (i could get consistently green latency w/o any tunnelling etc etc)

ANyone knows what is the cause of this problem?

I used the leatrix latency fix thingy...which reduce the ping from 500+ to 250-300 is pretty decent,The Stupid thing is...streamyx is constantly dc'ing from last night...like 10 minute dc once...

Maybe its your splitter. The same thing happened to me when i was using dial up. Keep dcing continually, however after changing the small box, everything became fine, im not sure if that applies to streamyx too. That box was quite rusty.
