I spend on summer arcade titles.

Oh offline didn't realized that. Guess that 40% left of my intention to go for it now. Play alone will be kinda boring. Ms explosion is much more better for play alone. maybe will grab it when there is a discoun or sales.

It's really cool. Played all day. My husband is into the hobby itself so he wanted to try it out. They did a good job with the 40k background. You can select different chapters (Ultramarines, Blood Ravens etc) and 4 different classes/soldiers (Tech, Librarian etc). It also unlocks a weapon for the upcoming Space Marines game.

You DO realize you could just download the trial and test it out right?

dont think trail version unlock MP. Unless theres a player stats tracker, players are able to see the amount of players in the game

there's no MP in this game ler... only local 2P co-op

Kill team is a mode for co-op.

There is a retail release called Warhammer 40k: Space Marine coming out in September(according to wikipedia that is)

Warhammer 40k: Kill Team is a seperate release on XBLA that came out last week. Check the XBLA dicussion thread for more details.

I believe there is wargear that can be unlocked if you buy the XBLA release. Maybe it's an MP mode in Space Marine but for now why not just enjoy this XBLA release?

Disclaimer: I've not played this but i'm still tempted. The problem is Summer of Arcade starts tomorrow and i'm forced to be more selective with spending my MSP.

Well, blame THQ and their strategy for making crappy games lead into slightly better games. ie. Red Faction demolision derby like game along with Armageddon.

I think they said they making one for Saints Row 3 as well.

i like saint row 3 better than GTA lol

I think they separate the mode, as wat they did on retribution PC, last stand only or the full games which invlude campagin and last stand together. coz this kill team mode i read from IGN said to be included on space marine game

it was nice, i brought it after try the demo, it was great
can 2 player co-op via internet
4 class to choose from
upgradable weapon and stat
much like shoot them up like alien shooter
get special weapon for space marine after complete the game
there is survival mode

but dont expect graphic any better than space marine

anyone from lyn brought this? last i check leaderboard there is none.....

technically theres always someone on the leaderboard, either ign staff or gamespot. even on crappy game that noone play.
heard that the leaderboards are broken.

I got it, played quite a bit co-op but have yet to go back to replay on own. Have 2 achievements left but lazy .. as once you start a chapter, you have to finish in one go since there are no save or checkpoints. Some chapters are long, not skippable cutscenes. My husband and his 40k mad buddies had fun playing the game a couple of times though.

isnt it boring playing over again

some great fans never get bore from it.

but the unlock system kinda gay, it unlock all character weapon, instead of the 1 u using, making the replayability drops.
