^Just a FYI - Fringe didn't get canned, it ended.

V was canned though.
Let me know how it is please. I've heard good things.

Bates Motel is... Interesting

Please note that this is NOT the Prequel to Hitchcock movie

It is a modern retelling based on the movie

It is also interesting to see Freddie Highmore as Norman...

Brave young man that one!!

Resurrection S01E01 (2014)

This series has started out good.

The cast is first rate and the premise is intriguing (long dead people suddenly is alive again).

I can understand why some people is saying that this is another Haven like series.

I believe unlike Haven that does not seem to resolve anything, I have a feeling that this would not be the case here.

Anyway, will be back for seconds

Believe S01E01 (2014)

Watched the first episode.

From a script point of view it is a little clunky, but there is enough there for me to come back from seconds...

Have not finished watching the second season of Touch, but actually did like the first season.

Resurrection the supposedly 'dead people' (the boy), are the dead body found or just presumed dead? i thought its the later, but i think the father said "ive laid him 32 years ago (family grave)" or he just meant figuratively? overall i think its a decent start.

also watched Mind Games. borderline non sense, but i will follow it.

tried Sirens, so poor, dropped it..

I think they did find the body and had buried it.

Rosemary's Baby (2014) Part One

I have never read Ira Levin novel, though I have watched the Rosemary's Baby (1968) movie.

The movie took place in New York city, and this mini series occurs in Paris, France.

In the movie, Rosemary's psyche is being question. (Eg. is she delusional??) where as in the mini series, that is place out of the door and things that go bump in the night is never questioned (at least not in the first part)

Also in the movie, Rosemary is very isolated, where in the mini series, things are more... lacking a better term, "tactile"...

The cast is stellar in the mini series,

Zoe Saldana as Rosemary
Patrick J. Adams (of Suits fame) as Guy Woodhouse (surprising casting actually)
Carole Bouquet as Margaux Castevet
Jason Isaacs as Roman Castevet

I have only watched the first part and is looking forward to watching the second part tonite.

My two Sen... for now

Dominion (2014)

*Sigh*

Basing a TV series on a mediocre movie at best (Legion (2010)) is weak... And incorporating elements from Game Of Thrones does not help...

Casting is all wrong.

Story is all over the place (tedious really).

Really nothing much going for the series...

Constantine S01E04 A Feast of Friends

For the fans who had asked, what kind of a character is Constantine? Well, I believe this episode answers all... He does anything to resolve the issue.

I would like to add, there is a level of "melancholy" to him and yet he keeps up the good fight...

There are scenes here that make the series Supernatural looks like child's play....

The end scene here is heart wrenching...

So in conclusion, he is a right "b@stard' and as the Americans like to say, "You cannot make an omelette without breaking an egg". I do not accept his methods, and I cannot deny his results.

Legend Of Korra S04E06 Battle of Zaofu and S04E07 Reunion

I have to admit, these two episodes cause me pause.

The writers seem to focus their story based on the early 20th century world history.

There seem to be some "myopicness" (personal opinion) from the writer towards Imperialism and Communism (China?).

I do not agree with them and have to add, say what you want about their school of thought, they do challenge you to form an opinion, for that I salute them.

Now, can we please go back to the topic of Korra, and not keep us hanging!!

Thank you.
