watched 2 episodes of the new season, shite..

will drop both series..

i gave up on crossbones after 2 ep

falling skies, even though i didnt like the previous seasons i have to say season 4 is the worst so far

crossbones - gave up half way through episode 1 & never turn back

try tyrant, the acting so so but decent story, now on episode 2

The only problem i have with this show is the casting. The accents are all over the place. And also if you see bassam's flashback the young actors skintone and the british actor's skintone is so different.

yup, and why the hell does everyone speaks english?

I can only guess its to make it easier for the average American to digest.

Falling skies is really shit this season, I am going to stop watching it...

if its a super low budget series with 10 seasons like Stargate SG-1 then i understand, but i doubt this series is SUPER low budget (it's got a lambo in it for farks sake) OR have anything close to 10 seasons. i'd be surprised if it even reaches 3 seasons.

The US audience is the bread and butter for shows like this so i suspect the series will involve the Americans at some point. I don't just mean the family but the US government coming in to meddle or influence Barsham.

yeah. i assume most americans don't know how to read english (which is true btw), so the show's producers just don't want to put any subtitles in it.

Yeah pretty sad how most people would sooner watch films or series in dubbed voices than reading subtitles. And you are right that perhaps there are some illiterate americans who wont be able to read subtitles.

Anyone watching The Last Ship? I thought the pilot was good and exciting. Even the action and portrayal of american navy was good. And Rhona Mitra? Oh how I miss her...

The show is exciting but it's annoying that everyone is the bad guys except the Americans. LOL!

dubbed is sucks.. but most american (and english language speaking countries) prefer dubbed than subtitles..

i prefer subtitle, even for made up language..

watched ep 1 and i really cant express how i feel about the show.. only reason im not giving up hope so soon coz its HBO production..

I watched it and it looks interesting but I don't know how long they can drag the whole story. Don't tell me they will go 4 or 5 seasons without a cure?

this is some sort like a mystery slow burner drama, so some people might not like it. and since it is writen by damon lindelof, who happens to write LOST, one of the most polarizing love or hate series of all time (and i LOVE lost btw ), there will be some possibilities that some of the mysteries might be left unsolved. lol.

i thought the first episode was amazing, and im curious to know what gonna happen next. why his wife left the family out of sudden, who's this wayne guy etc etc. so yea

probably too late to mention this, fargo.. watched 3 episodes and i love it.. sort of black comedy.. hope they renew it.

Fargo is amazing. Absolute gem of a tv show. The casting is spot on and the writing is sublime. I love how the series has somehow managed to capture the heart and soul of Coen bro's Fargo and then made it their own. Amazing feat that.
