Following it, can watch for Sean Bean, he carries the whole show. The rest of the character's and plot setup is pretty much the same spy stuff seen in 24 and Homeland since its the same producers.
no wonder they are so similar, divorced husband, annoying kid, boring scenes with intentional hyped up stuff, super cliches etc etc. the ONLY THING that keeps me watching is Mr. Bean himself, if he's not in there, I wouldn't even care to watch ep 2
The Guardian called it "hauntingly brilliant television". The Telegraph - "supremely compelling". The Times - "emotional dynamite...prepare to be gripped for the next eight weeks". The Independent - "tense...absorbing...mercilessly believable". The Radio Times called it "a terrific thriller packed with great performances" while The Observer called it "appointment TV at its most enthralling".
state of affairs plan to watch it, but most critics give it a thumb down. will try the pilot if i have a free time, but not hoping much.
any fan of the fall? i love it. a proper drama. the theme are ordinary (cat and mouse game between a detective and serial killer/rapist), but the tense and acting are top notch.
yup the fall is great, been waiting a looooooong time for S02
After discovering Matt Berry in "IT World" and "Snuffbox",just realized he has another show of his own right now on BBC. Imagine a less douchey Ricky Gervais but a more buffoonery persona. It's pretty close to a modern Monthy Python,IMO.
Better Call Saul was amazing, from the glimpses of Breaking Bad characters i.e. Mike & Tuco to its classic Breaking Bad cinematography, another great show to follow...
it's BRILLIANT. the opening is a lot better than BB.
just finished westworld. its been a long time since i watched this kind of mystery series after Lost. JJ Abrams is good in mind-bending stories. Can suggest me other good series?
