Same case. Owner willingly give car key to stranger. Insurance can deny claim or add-on extra excess/loading IF it is claimable.

bangla = no need pay.
jockey company = no need pay.

Advise: Do not let jockey/car wash/etc. drive your car.

In court, the case will be, do you know the:
(1) Jockey company
(2) Jockey person name
(3) other details like his tel, ID, etc.

If don't, why not just pass your car key to me ?

The act of you giving the car key to the jockey or your family/friends, does not mean they will not trash your car.
