Fyi, a Japanese company, Lixil, has agreed to takeover Grohe for about 4 billion USD. Biggest takeoer of a German company by a Japanese firm. Apparently Lixil is a "bathroom equipment maker". Together, they'll be the largest makers of bathroom and kitchen accessories in the world. Not sure what this'll mean for Grohe in terms of quality, etc.
