Description

After more than 1 year of trading in lowyat.net, i think it is necessary to actually write some description to allow people to trade in a better way with me, especially with the rules since one of the most sensitive issues while trading is being cheated. I do encounter some of the method of cheating people directly and indirectly. So, I am gonna make myself clear about a few rules which i think it is necessary and not burdening to comply with.

1. Presentation
Apart from using the template provided in the trade zone, another important content is the picture. Picture can actually describe a lot of the item advertised rather than just pure explanation. Here is a few example how i wish to see the item is being snapped and shown to me before trading whenever it is possible.

I personally do not accept the reason of do not have a camera to snap the picture to show to me. Nobody asked you to go and buy one DSLR to snap a picture to show to me or potential buyers. You can always borrow from a friend to snap the picture and transfer it through bluetooth or other means. I also do not request a 12MP high quality picture to show to me. A decent 3.2 MP or 2MP should be a good one.

Also, please snap a picture to show what kind of accessories included in the deal.I always do not like to believe the "fullset" written in the advertisement without even picture prove being shown with. Different people have different meaning for the "fullset" term and i wish to avoid disappointment from any side as a result of misrepresentation.

I am not an extremely fussy person to trade with, but i do particular about the item i am purchasing as a lot of them i purchased here is not for personal use and my customer are fussy as well.


2. Trading

I would like to state here that i would dare to cancel a deal in front of the people if the item brought is not as advertised and i actually did that before. I am not happy to see a person come all the way and ended up going back empty handed. I also spend time searching for good deals and spend resources to arrange the deals. So, present properly with pictures especially so that both side can get what they want at the end of the deal ya.

I would sincerely appreciate if any known defects are being foretold before the deal and i would usually negotiate about the price to compensate for the defects mentioned through PM rather than during the COD as i do not want to be seen or thought of taking advantage on the spot. However, if defects are being spotted during the COD, i usually prefer to negotiate on site about the discount, so please test the item properly before COD to avoid unpleasant events. Cancellation is always the last choice,but if the circumstances is appropriate,i would have to say the hard words. I always hope for the best deal and there is absolutely no reason for me to curse the deal to make it went south for petty discounts.

I also would like to make it clear that i would only trade in public places and other appropriate location. I would not hesitate to reject or cancel the deal if i was suddenly told to divert or change places at the last minutes especially to inappropriate places.

I would like to stress that taking NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for the bulk orders and pre-orders is meant to ensure that people won't backtrack from their promises. I cannot possibly imagine if more than 3 people backtrack me at the same time. It would have cost me more than 3 digits
