Hi, I have some questions:

1. I saw the video where Rhinepro is shatterproof against someone hitting the window with a stick, but many smash-and-grab thieves don't carry sticks. Is Rhinepro still shatterproof even against these specialized devices? I know the glass inside will break-la, but will the window fall onto me/shatter if such device is used?

2. What does the 15-year warranty cover? e.g. bubbles, blistering, peeling, splitting, cracking...?

3. If I need to bring back for warranty, can I go to any Cool World branch or do I have to go find Rhinepro manufacturer?

4. Rhinepro advertisement always say "JPJ Compliant" and "Compatible with SmartTag/GPS" etc. If it doesn't work with SmartTag/GPS or if I get summons from police, how?

5. If I buy the Groupon for the promotion currently ongoing, can I then upgrade (let's say to X5/X7) when I'm in the shop if I change my mind?

Hope you understand that by asking these questions I'm a serious potential purchaser, not joking or trying to make trouble or to waste your time.
