Nothing is mewah except the price. Hehe
Gresiden has bigger development area but it has 600plus units. None of the space on the ground is usable by residents. The space in front of the guard house is useless. |

seen desa residensi -- actually the layout not bad. But but but .. outside is poorly maintained. Very dusty ..and from lift to unit give u the feeling of cheap flat.
