If I wanna play some very old arcade games like Tetris, 1942, 1943 etc

Which consoles should I buy (if those games still exist) ?

PS2 have many of those old arcade games compilation, you might want to look into it.

Is any shop still selling PS2 or I need to look for 2nd hand ?

It's still readily available, but you might have to buy games online.
