i believe most asus laptops (at least the high end ones) come with a recovery partition which contains a factory image, you can access this function by pressing f9 during windows load out.
in case of viruses or clean installs or reselling the lappy, you can just use this function. just my 2 cents. |

IRST by default is set to delay start up, it will only start after all other essentials are loaded.
check it under services. |
