Trance, this can help to lower boot time even further:

DELETE any antivirus you have and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials. The generic ones are utter crap honestly. So far tests on my N43SN have been fine. Vent gets hot when gaming obviously. |

Tried to do a BootTimer run, but nothing showed up after the reboot. :S

nod32 likes to put a LOT of files deep into your PC. You'll have problems when you uninstall it. Had it once, got MSE and never looked back.
If you're worried bout security, get Spybot S&D and Malwarebytes too. |

Dammit, no N43SN users. Dunno if I should flash to the 408 bios or not. Look like some thermal policy updates.
