@trace, did ur bosd happen when u sent to sleep? i got 1 bosd (1st one ) lst 2 weeks after sleeping the sn and whe i woke up (something like ur system had a failure in sleeping(insomia) and is gonna start dumping memory into the bank(memdumplaunch). then restart say windows crashed and the asus logo stayed there for mins till hard reset and then all fine?? yeah strange case.. no time to read he bosd view but it happen once so im cool..

where should i download the nvidia GPU driver from? the asus website or the nvidia website?

is it safe though? when i used the "automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA product" in their site, i got this message:

however, the driver in the ASUS homepage hasnt been updated for a while

btw, i think there is something wrong with my notebook. opening a website (either chrome or IE) is extremely slow

definitely not my internet speed cause i have other PC which are fast and also with speed test, my result is ping - 30ms, d/l : 3mbps

any possible reason for this? fyi, i already reformat and reinstall windows using the recovery still like this

@trace i open books of manga and load em all to do pirate, so far when i hit 480 tabs+ then my FF very unstable.
if ya wanna open images only i can reco u browse image 0.4.1 combo with bazzacuda image saver plus 0.41
browse will open all the jpeg/gif/png found in 1 tab and open all the individual images into tabs. then bazzacuda saves them all in 1 shot. 200 tabs are stable but above will result in crash sometimes(useful to save manga books. did mine on one piece no sweat.)
(what kinda tabs u open. if all youtube then cannot help)

@sifu lee, juz asking if u donno then nvm. does ur system registry capasity plays any role of slowing down ur pc performance, and is there any ways to increase the allocated registry space. i duno is it related but somehow after installing arcicad14,alantis,illustrator,premier,indesign,warhammer40kspacemarine,DOW240k in 1 month and my system seems to gradually slow to extreamly slow speeds etc, boot up however nvr change or so. I nid to use these stuff and wondering tat any chance does registry expansion is possible.

guys, somehow my n43sl keeps turning the display off after a minute despite me setting the "turn off display" at after 30 minutes..anything else i can check for?

moniqee- finally agree with u about the case where u said wifi connecion problem on sn, cameback home, it somehow keep droping unless hard reset or reboot then internet connects.. nvr happen in australia once, now itz daily over here. strange...
