nope,no nVidia on the system tray icon. only intel hd graphics one. however i can find the nvidia control panel in the windows control panel.is that the one?i can set the game to use nvidia there, it was already set by default

plus i was just a bit curious,is my windows experience index thingy based on my intel HD graphics?

On the nVidia Control Panel, on the menubar, should have option to enable notification icon.

The Windows Experience Index, the Graphic score will be based on Intel HD, while the Gaming Graphic will be based on nVidia.

I called to C-Zone they said out of stock, Evernew too ex RM2699 while C-Zone only sell RM2399, and All IT I haven't ask yet.

guys i just realize something......air intake not possible from keyboard.....cause underneath the keyboard is just a flat surface with no holes......
now i really dunno where the air intake is

I don't like the design of SF it's like too general... Although the spec is better especially the GPU but then I really don't like the design.

flex keyboard on n53sv/sn~
many ppl having flex keyboard including me
at 1st i m not so care bout tat~
but when i go touch my fren n55keyboard~
i was juz suddenly felt downl
doest flex keyboard can warranty?><

@trace, but under the keyboard got holes if possible air can flow through.. but mostly top conduct heat through aluminium.
air intake is from botom left facing the screen(piority air intake.)
secondary is on the middle air intake.
i did more breakdown air blow flow check by sealing the holes and running premier rendering a video.
overall putting a vac cleaner(i lov vackies) at the fan vent will greatly reduce the fan speed and heat dispersation.

@danson, w8 for nex yr refresh..
for me 540gt is not good enuf and since ivy bridge is gonna launch, posibility of heavy regret is going 2 be high with sv, sf lower but if u can w8 get the new refresh directly. i love the design for the sn n sv too.

flex is not warrenty probs.
if u can fix, find some 0.3 mm balsa wood cut it and slot it under ur keyboard, it wil prevent it from flexing more than normal.
flex is because the design of the keyboard, the keys are supported by a data film, some plastic board and alluminium film therefore the flex.

does anyone here run AutoCad 2005....apparently Optimus fail me here.....or AutoCad 2005 is old and cannot detect GT550M it is using Intel although i set at Nvidia Control Panel to let AutoCad 2005 to use GT 550M
any1 know how to solve this????

For ivy bridge I think still got long way to go, and sf just release I think need to wait long more for next refresh.

got 2005 version 2 but dun wan clog regi cuz now bit lagy with revit and alantis and pscs5 premier etc.. i feel those softies laggs my lappie.

try to get 2012, working quite nice on SN and have some awesome new feature hehe...

2012 is new for my lecturer....apparently he teach me using 2005
so now im only familiar with 2005/2007 interface.....
dam, i heard 2012 has really great feature......in helping me "cheat" in my assignment

PS: adding more RAM today, apparently 4GB ain't enough
