Yea, she is going to further her studies there this September which by that time that laptop should have been released and being grabbed by people there. She saw this laptop and got poisoned too. Refer to the product guide posted by Trance please. The Asus Product Guide is as close to an official statement as we can get. 90% accurate I can say. Only thing they didn't have was the E-350 equipped 1215B.

That's an official brochure by Asus. For Asus Malaysia, the laptops are not customizable unlike Dell.

Soooo, N43SL Jay Chou edition is stuck with i5.

i5 is enough for gaming unless you multitask alot....then get i7
