Hi, I have just bought a set of refillable cartridges for Epson TX100. I slotted in the cartridges in the printer (it's sitting just below the arrow indicator at the cartridge holder) but when I clicked the 'Stop' button as required for this printer, the 'no ink' indicator was still blinking. What could I have possibly done wrongly?

- Cartridge not installed properly?
- Defective/Incompatible chips?
- No support from the seller?

Please email me with more info on the set that you bought. If you can take a few photos of the chip will be better. If it's really the chip issue, either chase the seller or get the latest chips.

Not yet for the HP21/22. Still awaiting confirmation on the Refillable Cartridge types.

As it's an old model, I didn't keep stock for this model. BUT I can order it for you if you wish
