His family also own rare,real 94' NSX.....special colour in apricot gold & stock in all condition through all its life until when the new owner had the car......sad.gif

Drive to Awana last week with group of exotic,& see the NSX now being molested with black accent & some aftermarket wheel.....(just like mine haha...but I on the way to convert everything back to full pristine condition & OEM all around)

Quite pity since stock NSX,other than 91' is really,really rare find.What else with special order colour & super low milleage(When I about to buy the car,it seat with new tires all around & 24k km of covered distance)

But atleast now it being driven happily by its new owner...before this the son(also my friends)of the NSX owner have once said,that the car is parked on the edge of corner & being blocked by his father.After that the car never been driven since then.

30/10/2011 Group drive to Genting-Awana.

That red NSX was my friends ride.Now sported Prospeed custom made turbo sending 600 RWHP,NSX-R bodyparts,Stoptech BBK,Cayenne turbo rotor,& limited & hard to find Ikeya-Formula sequential manual gearbox.


Nice classic car event BTW,especially those ZR-1 & earlier gen corvette.Always had a strange passion of those boxy,big classic rumbler muscle car.Too bad I didnt noticed about those great event! sad.gif

The only way to get true sequential gearbox is those Hewland,Hollinger,Xadev,X-Trac Sequential Gearbox(Damn expensive) or cheaper way is Ikeya Formula Sequential Shifter + Straight Cut Dog Box
Sequential Gearbox=Clutchless upshift
Sequential Shifter=Clutched upshift but sequential arrangement
As for C63 AMG,a remap will unleash the true HP of the engine because AMG just close the throttle for 450hp instead of 500hp laugh.gif

Yup,it was sequential shifter.But he already eyeing for straight cut box(probably from Hewland since there is a friend in UK raced his NSX using this gearbox & it was true sequential from Hewland for JGTC 99' unit & it was transverse layout)

BTW,that was his second NSX.His upgrade/mod can cost him another NSX or F430 on combined total.True NSX lover.From auto to auto-supercharger to manual-supercharger finally manual+turbo,all hard work since 2007. ohmy.gif

New injector from RC Engineering,titanium Y-pipe & upgraded methanol injection system soon.Currently his new,recent mod was OS Giken NSX-R final drive & new GTX35R billet precision turbo.

Yup,he does have a contact of some of most well-known NSX tuner on stateside & japan to tune his car & to get all those rare/custom parts.

Peter Chou from Downforce,Billy from FXMD,Ravi from Umbrella Auto Design(UAD),& custom Prospeed turbo kit from Bryan & Angus from Lovefab(this company had super yellow NSX that churning 850-1000hp ,& one customer from Las Vegas had his NSX successfully run road legal & smog certified with 1000hp on tap)

NSX community are small,so we does have all the best contact around the world(& friends,those that have the enthusiasm for this long-forgotten japanese supercar)to ensure the car to stay relevant, survivalibity for long term & for the future(yeah,this car is so rare on any other part on the world,what else malaysia.)

Luckily,Honda engineering of highly modified C30 base engine from Accord/Inspire/TL/Legend series made the engine not that hard to be maintained by Honda norm' specialist.Except the other part like bodywork,details all around & car special part that hard to find(like interior trim part,engine cover,etc)

jytanx:You mean the one with GT-wing?The front is all NA2 front end+painted NA2 lips.Sideskirt was Marga Hill/Stacy or Vinnie.Not really sure about it.Rear end spat is from Sorcery & the valance/diffuser is Sorcery/GruppeM(shape like original NA1 diffuser but with added grill mesh on empty air vent where the original one didnt have)

Cooling down......owner just leave the car with the engine bay cover left open,& head up to the restaurant to join the group talk.Luckily we didnt see any screw,nut & bolt goes missing,or even worse the powder coated cylinder head cover!

...& some owner did have surprise.Apart from many other NSX-related things,this one is one of the kind.

The one you see there is limited edition factory metal "titanium look" key .Offered with the 1991-1996 NSX when new, the factory metal "titanium look" key was a special part of ownership as unique as the car itself. The key is actually made from Monel (nickey alloy composed of 70% nickel, 30% copper).Expect it to be discontinued soon just like many other factory-offer memorabilia(like special NSX lugggage & front glovebox,promotional poster & VCD,special edition booklet service cover,map holder,zanardi/type-S sculpted shifter)




After meet & greet session has ended,as usual like I always do when I ride my bike,I would go to Sri Layang to see some biker friends.When arrived,I never expect to see this limited edition bike(in 2006,it used to cost as much as RM270K onward,more than RM256K Ducati offering on their limited 999R FILA edition)

Damnn,what a beauty! And the owner is really using the bike to its full potential.Can see all the dirt surrounding the quad titanium pipe beneath the undertail exhaust setup,& some scar from full track blast & dirty magnesium OZ spokes.Respect! flex.gif

Model no 266/300 unit worldwide.Production has ended since 2005.....Talk about rarity & values there.

When Zonda started the trend of the car that might look like something from comic book that combined all the thing that is beast(Gr.C LM race car,renaissance art+speed racer+tamiya)
Finally after few year from its launch in 1999',the outrageous styling like this(the styled that not dictated by trepezoid,origami block like Lamborghini Countach,but instead new movement that I might called "race inspired neo-futurism renaissance moving art" ) suddenly acceptable in this Hypercar class that many of this kind of car compete.

So more love for Pagani.Love to see more pictures of the Huayra,especially the details all around & its super neo-retro interior.

NSX(5 cars),together with some other club like Lotus(Evora,Exige,& Elise),Porsche(911 group,about 20 cars with one 997 GT3RS & some old & new gen as well.) ,Aston Martin(5 cars,DBS & V12 Vantage) & Lamborghini(3 LP560-4,all in white)
