Well, it's the Ferrari's fault to not know the safe distance and braked, making the Techart to bang it from behind.

Ferrari stopped in time. Not his fault.
Fault lies with the driver who couldn't stop in time, as he was showboating and accelerating hard. The other 400+ drivers had no problems avoiding the same fate. It was a difficult situation though, I was in the front end of one of the middle rows and could see very well the marshalls had lost control of the situation. |
