noobie here....need your help..
my defy in stuck in google cyanogenmod 7 screen...try rebooting and everything but still stuck at that screen...i think i did some of the steps wrongly....

still unable to flash the defy....

Recently I have downloaded cm7 to my defy and the screen was stuck at cm7 screen. I did a data wipe with cache wipe and tried to reboot the phone but still stuck at the same screen.
Somewhere along I must have wipe out something important as now when reboot I am stuck at M logo. My mistake was I did not do a backup and now I am stuck.

Is there any where that I can download the software and reboot the phone back?
Please really need all of ur help as this happen a few days back.

yup did wipe data and cache but when wiping dalvik nothing happens.

if I am to flash back to froyo do I need the recovery software coz when I tried to do recovery I am unable to go into custom recovery?

Problem retified..thank to all of u..

yup mine was also due to corrupted files while trying to flash back to froyo 2.2.2
just downloaded new sbf file and all was fine suddenly.

anyway thanks to all of u for your feedback.

now would like to try to flash to cm7..any reliable source for the files?
coz downloaded from here which got me stuck in the first place...any feedback most welcome...

I have flashed back to Froyo 2.2.2 before this was on CM7 but stuck on M logo...
Now I am unable to root my phone to flash to CM7

Any ideas?

Problem solved after hours of searching through the internet.
needed to renama the file to 7 to 9 characters and ssave in the c: drive
then reflash it.
