i'm not sure if i can ask this here, but have anyone tried ppstream on ipad? coz i saw that ppstream app is now available on iphone free from the app store... if i can play ppstream on the ipad, i may get 1 for my mum

yea today i just saw also..just download it...

i have tried ppstream and it is f@#king sucks. load damn slow and always hang halfway. movies never get updated. btw im using unifi so yea, the app sucks

Just try ppstream app with ipad2 and streamyx 1mb connection.
The movie load pretty fast and no lagging.

i use 1mb streamyx to watch anime, no problem too =)

damn funny...then the problem is due to Unifi !!!

Accuweather - fantastic weather report app

Garage band - if u love music n do play a certain kind of instrument...get tis...u wont regret, not really a pro software but still, its alot of fun.

imovie - user friendly is the usp for tis app. very efficient in editin clips taken wif ur ipad...get tis!

temporary for non games app...i highly recommend da above, they r not cheap but seriously, worth buyin if its within ur circle of interest.

now...games.....to be specific, must hav games

high end graphic - 1) infinity blade- best game graphic....u wont believe ur eyes, playability wise...alot of fun...but might get bored in a while, still, theres online multiplayer mode. basically a game which u will definitely like it, to some...love it 2 da max. not cheap...but worth it... highly recommended for guys....

2) nova 2 - gud graphics....gameplay like halo..reminds me of halo...although i dun play halo...multiplayer reminds me of quake 3.... recommended for FPS players...

3)dead space - very well built....very nice graphic...well engineered game. for those who likes adventure n unorthodox action game...get tis...no regrets..

4)backstab - for me..its a so so game. graphic is rather acceptable... its an 3rd person action game when u walk around n whack da shit out off ppl..stuff like tat...storyline is kinda em...so so... if u like Prince of Persia..u will like tis...again, ive not played prince of persia...WAHAHHAHAHA

5) real racing 2 - racing game, graphic so so, my dad had fun playin it...multiplayer kinda fun...ull b racin against alot of ppl...for racing fans...grab tis

6)ridge racer - reminds me of high skool days where i spend alot of time in arcades drifting away on a ridge racer console machine....its a fun racing game though...

for now...these r da higher end games which i hav now wif me....

pop games -

1)angry birds - i hate tis game, coz its not original, there r tons of similiar game like such in newgrounds.com... ive been playin games like tis since the uprising popularity of flash.... i recommend tis game is bcoz not every1 is like me, infact every 1 loves tis game...i hav tis in my ipad so every 1 can...its a must hav in ur ipad...regardless u like it or not.... ps, the original game is castle siege i guess, but still its not an unique or original concept game...

2)cut the rope - popular game, every1 likes it...bla bla bla...i got bored wif it

3)tiny wings - fun game, ur basically hoping, accelerating, flaying, gliding, gainin momentum all at once...fast pace...fun...game... got bored of it though...theres a cheaper alternative

4)race penguin - get this..tis is an alternative for tiny wings, coz its free. my personal opinion is, tis is BETTER, its faster plus more fun.

5)jump and fly - ur character is jumping n u control ur movement by tilting pad left right. just like doodle jump...free app..get it

6)ninjump - sumtin like jump n fly, ur a ninja dodgin birds n shirukens....free app..

7)puzzle bobble - my mom likes tis, gals like tis...get tis...reminds u of ur playstation n arcade days..where u smoke, play snooker n change 20cents of token at the counter, lookin at lala mui...stuff like tat....old skool shit

8)plants vs zombie - u like tower defence? then grab tis...very popular game...

9)slice it - puzzle game tat involve slicing shaped obejcts with rules n limitation...kinda fun...if u like puzzle game...even if u dun, its very appealing...crayon like graphic...is em...cute...gals will em...like it..at one point n when it gets hard they might stop n switch on the camera app n em...camwhore... cheerss~~~

now...MULTIPLAYER GAME...HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

i hate to c a bunch of retards goin 2 cafes, starbucks of anytin else in common, sits there n play wif there ipad iphone ishit wat so ever...basically defeatin the purpose of hanging out n verbally socializing wif frens... basically every1 is busy doin their own shit...tis is em....pretty anti social...

anyways.....to break suck society norm..i giv u... MULTIPLAYER GAMES!! which u can interact verbally wif ur frens n hav fun together at the same time!!

1)marble mixer - 4 players on 1 ipad2. each 1 takes a corner....n shoot away! every1 will be shooting marble to gain points n win...highly recommended party app...... u will get bored easily buy everytime u play it wif sum1 new...trust me...da spark is still there. i personally played wif em...i think 40 plus diff ppl...puts a smile on every1's face...trust me...

2)glow hockey - stupid game, but kinda fun..depends hu ur playin wif...especially gals..."arghh~~~own goal again! damn" look at their cute faces...2 players on 1 device

3)foosball - a more stupid game...but can be played by 2 player on 1 device...

4)monopoly - every1 noes tis...ill pardon u if u live in a cave, wif streamyx? i take bak my words...

5)jenga - da popular overpriced wooden block game which was selling like hot cakes in popular department stored nation wide many years ago now can be played wif just the tip of ur finger on this brilliant 9.7inch led touch screen... every1 takes turn..bla bla bla...jenga...build sum interest n u will likely to enjoy

6)towermadness - tower defense game, which can be played by 2 players, splitted screen....kinda fun....tower defense lovers will naturally act within their instinct n grab tis app...

i thinks tat all for now...ill try out more apps and em...n share it...on a gud hair day...cheerss

PPS is good and fast.
But regarding the movies....it's updated or variety. I'm not sure. Coz only tried one....the 2011 CNY movies which Donnie Yen acted.

Papago and tomtom supports up to iPhone resolution only. It will run on iPad but graphics is not good. For iPad resolution, use Sygic which has a version for iPad. The map is quite up to date for Malaysia n Singapore.

The oPlayer HD, why everytime when play RMVB movie, it will only has sound for a few seconds, then the sound gone, no more sound, later I tried to slide the time frame bar, the sound come back and starting to out-sync with the video, but also gone after a few seconds. Does anyone know which player is the best for playing RMVB movie, wihtout lag ot out-of-sync for the video and audio??

To me retina pad is a must !

Why once I switch on the retina PAD ..then those iPhone apps which I switched on the retina pad it will not working anymore...click it then pop out again..

It's better for you to be online initially to get a GPS lock on your device. After that, you could use it without wifi.

But my GPS lock takes really long without internet. About 20 minutes. Anyone facing the same problem?

if have problem with retina, its because clash with winterboard.
so,have to choose either one.if u want clear view, take retinapad
if u want themes,go for winterboard

2) install cydia
3) enter cydia and update bigboss source
4) install "faceforward"
5) exit cydia and enter apple appstore
6) search "facebook". choose the first one (above facebook .inc)
7) u will c apps for ipad & apps for iphone. tap "see all for iphone"
8) will c the "facebook" --> first app
9) install and enjoy!!!
