Anyone know windscreen shop that can claim Kurnia Insurance at OKR, Kuchai Lama, or PJ Area?

I have asked few shops, they all didn't claim Kurnia, they only help us to submit the claim..

and I have to lodge a police report too..

They even advice me not to buy Kurnia Insurance next time, because very troublesome..

Well, I choose Kurnia initially because of its online service, I want make life easy, now it give me trouble...haiz..

Appreciate your help here...THanks...

They didn't give me any trouble last time I claimed windscreen and I didn't even change it at their panel workshop.

Submitted forms, they inspect and take pictures, 1 week later check ready.

windscreen claim dun need panel workshop. Just pay 1st and get reimbursement from Kurnia - submit receipt and take photo of the damaged screen (number plate should also be visible in the photo).

No need police report if you have windscreen extension

In fact, I have check through there before posting here. All panel workshop are car knocking and paint shop, I know they do install windscreen, but I wish to look for windscreen shop, so that they can help me install tinting after that..

Anyway, thanks...

can anyone tell me how long does the windscreen replacement process take - not the processing of the insurance. the fixing of the windscreen itself.

i want to know how long i will have to leave the car at the workshop and be car-less. thanks.

if the make of the car matters - it is proton blm.

thanks!

I have just done mine (Honda Civic FD), the workshop says 2 hours, but I left the car there for 1 afternoon. On the average should be around 2-3 hours. But make sure you call first and ask them to order the windscreen.
