Birchbox, an online service that sends coveted beauty samples to members’ doorsteps every month. It is a $10 monthly beauty subscription (shipping included, US only for now) that delivers 4-5 product samples of the top 43 brands like NARS, Benefit, Laura Mercier, Stila, Korres and Cargo.

From official website: Birchbox delivers the best products and the best insider secrets, without any fuss. Every month Birchbox members will receive a curated box of luxe beauty samples. Each box will span beauty categories and deliver exciting products that fit into both your day-to-day routine, and into those days when you want to turn up the drama a notch.

If Malaysia have similar service like this, will you subscribe, say for RM20 per month? rclxms.gif

yes! but I probably won't be the first one to subscribe. Will wait until I see reviews on what items are being sent first, before subscribing. If, like Birchbox (or some similar service, I might have confused them) on occasion a full size item gets sent, quite confirm i will subscribe d biggrin.gif

Hey James Blunt, we are thinking of starting a Birchbox here in Malaysia too... what is your contact? Would like to know whether you managed to kick it off!

Thanks!

There is another one introduced by a blogger but I'm not sure if they do ship their samples to Malaysia or not.

http://bellabox.com.au/

Just that this is a $15 monthly subscription. smile.gif

I'm pretty sure a lot of girls and beauty bloggers would love to subscribe to this. Subscription from RM15- RM20 a month is reasonable since it's sample sizes. smile.gif

Depends on the quality of the products! There are so many unknown and poor quality brands, you will have to ensure your brands are reputable and safe. I don't like to change my skincare too often because sometimes you liked product and you are sad when you can't squeeze out any more from the bottle... But maybe that's just me.

You probably have to list out the names of the brands that are being offered. Also, you need to promise a minimum retail value of each pack, and possibly have a few categories, ie. have one clean, one nourish and one protect in each pack, for example. Also, maybe have different value products people can opt for, eg. Some people have RM20 budget but others might prefer a RM50 subscription.

Seriously disappointed....I just got my wonderbox november edition today and its not what i expected... cry.gif cry.gif

It came with a very pretty box with pink ribbon too. But the contents left much to be desired. I got three 2.5 ml skincare samples from an unknown brand called sampar, yes its called sampar. The other was a horrid blue green eyeshadow that i wouldnt use unless i want to look like a witch. The only saving grace was the set of 4 mini lipglosses that came in a tin case. I got suckered in after seeing the first wonderbox that came out, but i am not ever going to subscribe again. Luckily i only subscribed for 3 months.

Girls I don't recommend anyone subscribing to it unless you like pouring money down the drain.
