Do anyone notice that that iPad2 Black 64GB+3G have more capacity than White 64GB+3G ?

I owned both Black and White..that why i check why white short of 400MB ? anyway is not big issue for me just bring out topic to discuss or perhaps anyone had idea why ?

like mine, iPad 2 32gb Wifi only Black, 28.55gb before this it was 29gb, happen after updating 4.3.3 a few weeks ago, if I'm not mistaken...
