Hi guys, just bought my S370 few weeks ago, I hook it up with my modem using a LAN cable, it has been working just fine for the past few weeks until few days ago, all of a sudden the internet video streaming all dont work. Sometimes it will show physical connection fail even though the cable is there and sometime it shows physical connection ok but connection status cannot be confirmed. Any idea how to fix it? It is certainly not my cable problem or the modem as i already tried it by hooking up to my laptop, it works perfectly. it is currently running on M03.R.742 fw.

do you try with another pc of network cable?

nope. but I already checked the cable, it is working fine with my laptop.
